Details about the Training
Projects have become an indispensable part of everyday working life. Both companies and public institutions implement many plans in projects that require the interdisciplinary, cross-departmental participation of employees. Not everyone involved in a project has to be a project management expert. However, knowledge of the basic terms, methodologies and tools makes it easier to participate in projects, simplifies communication and promotes the prospects of success.
With its four-stage certification concept, IPMA - International Project Management Association - offers a comprehensive package of certifications that builds on one another. In doing so, it places a special focus on people and the competencies they need for successful project work.
The IPMA® Level D is the entry level and provides important basic project management skills for working in projects.
