As a project manager, I see it as my responsibility to help the team realize their full potential. By changing perspectives, teams are challenged and new ways of solving problems are found as well as working methods are strengthened. The goal is to make work easier in the long term. In a project I am a mediator and want to identify the most effective way to success together.
