Rebecca Emmilia Guist | Project Management

Project management is about a concrete goal that you want to achieve. To achieve this, you need appropriate methods. You can learn them. But you also need the competence to achieve the goal together with the people in the project.

"Listening and having an accurate understanding of the current situation in the project is as important as being results-oriented."

This is exciting for me and I think I have the right qualifications for both. That's why I decided to pursue a career in a project management company.

I had a great start at House of PM. I can optimally contribute my strengths, I am challenged and at the same time I have the feeling that I can further develop my potential. The House of PM corporate culture, values such as openness, trust and respect in cooperation also played an important role in my decision to join the company.

Project management and consulting already interested me during my business administration studies. And when I applied for a job as a project manager at House of PM, I was already able to show initial experience with companies in project management and consulting in various areas such as IT projects, quality department or productivity management.

Other important prerequisites for an application to House of PM were a quick perception and the ability to familiarize oneself appropriately with new facts and company structures.

I have simply landed well. What excites me about my job is working together in a team on innovative and diverse projects and getting the best results from the different skills and experiences. Privately, I like to spend my free time on the balcony with a good book, grilling in the park with friends playing Viking chess, paddling in a canoe or planning the next trip.
